Initial assessment and feasibility study on a seaside residence in the Kalamata region of South Peloponese, in Greece. Through the lack of local infrastructure and the impermeability of the local routes, surface water runoff following sudden downpours result in flooding of the property's basement. The assessment was passed on to the Local Authority to action and suggestions to the owner were given onto how to divert water flows away from the basement and into temporary attenuation areas.
